I’ve spent more than 20 years building my career in transformation, consulting, strategy, and leadership, ultimately serving as VP & Global Head of Enterprise Transformation at a Global Technology Consulting and Professional Services firm, where I led enterprise transformation strategy, built and scaled consulting capabilities, advised senior executives, and led the Consulting Center of Excellence. 

But some of the most valuable lessons I learned throughout my career weren’t about transformation or consulting. They were about what it really takes to advance.

I saw talented people work hard, deliver exceptional results, and assume their performance would naturally lead to the next opportunity. Often, it didn’t.

Because as you move higher, performance is only part of the equation.

You also need to know how to communicate at the executive level, establish credibility, influence decisions, navigate organizational dynamics, build the right relationships, and demonstrate that you’re ready to operate at the next level.

Why I Created Executive Edge

Those lessons became the foundation for Executive Edge Coaching.

I created Executive Edge for ambitious women who know they’re capable of more but want a clearer, more strategic approach to reaching the next level.

My goal isn’t to turn you into someone else’s version of an executive. It’s to help you understand the unwritten expectations of senior leadership and intentionally develop the presence, influence, communication, relationships, and strategic thinking that help you advance.

Everything I teach is grounded in real-world leadership experience. I’ve sat in the executive meetings, led the teams, made difficult decisions, built organizations, developed leaders, navigated organizational dynamics—and learned plenty of lessons the hard way.

Now I use that experience to help other women navigate their careers more strategically.
